Operation Process of Cotton Filling Machine
This machine only uses short fibers such as doll cotton, cotton, wool, spray cotton, etc. for combing.
Before starting the machine, check whether there are debris and other items on the mechanical conveyor belt, and clean them in time. Lubricate the gears, sprockets and bearings inside the machine every week.
Before starting the machine, start the exhaust fan first. After checking that the exhaust fan does play a role in exhausting air, press the green button of the machine switch box. After the machine starts without abnormality, turn the forward and reverse switch to position 1. Observe that the forward direction of the feed belt should be toward the inside of the machine. If it is the opposite, press the red stop button to report to the mechanic to adjust to the correct feeding direction.

Maintenance and Maintenance of Shunzhan Cotton Filling Machine
1 It is strictly forbidden to open the covers on the machine when the machine is working.
2 Clean the cotton accumulated on the machine chain and gears regularly every week and add lubricating oil.
3. Clean the residual cotton in the machine regularly every ten days. When cleaning the residual cotton in the machine, all the power switches of the machine must be turned off. Use a wooden stick to clean the fiber cotton from the cotton outlet at the rear of the machine. Do not clean it with your hands.
4. When the cotton outlet of the loosening machine is blocked, stop the machine and clean it according to the method in Article ③.
5. At the end of work every day, clean the machine, maintain a good working environment, and cut off the power
Precautions
Check whether the pressure regulating valve can work normally and check whether the joint is leaking every week.
Every half a month, clean the foreign objects in the upper and lower velvet boxes of the entire machine, and clean the cloth strips and other foreign objects on the impeller of the stirring motor in time to avoid burning the motor.
