The waste bale opener adopts photoelectric control technology to monitor the material position and disassembly progress in real time through high-precision sensors. The sensor detection accuracy reaches ±0.5mm, which can quickly identify the boundary and material differences of the waste bag and automatically adjust the disassembly force and speed.
Sturdy And Durable
The whole machine uses high-quality Q345B low-alloy high-strength steel to build the frame, with a yield strength of 345MPa, which can withstand long-term high-frequency operation impact. Key transmission components such as bearings and gears are made of imported alloy steel. After heat treatment process strengthening, the surface hardness is increased by 40%, and the service life is extended to more than 8000 hours.
