The pillow making machine is a kind of production equipment. In terms of manufacturing process, it first uses a servo motor-driven slicing device to accurately cut polyester fibers, memory foam and other materials into preset sizes, then mixes the filling materials evenly through a multi-axis stirring system, and then injects the materials into the pillowcase through a pneumatic filling mechanism. At the same time, ultrasonic welding technology is used to seamlessly seal the edge of the pillowcase to effectively prevent the filling materials from leaking out.

High Precision
The equipment adopts a high-precision PLC control system, and the material metering error is less than ±0.5g, ensuring that each pillow is filled evenly. The built-in pressure sensor monitors the production process in real time. When the pressure deviates from the set value by ±3%, the system automatically alarms and adjusts, so that the consistency of parameters such as pillow height, softness and hardness reaches 99.2%, and high-quality products are stably output.
